Shipping policy

Most orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 working days after payment has been cleared. Most parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48h Tracked service. International orders outside of the UK will use Royal Mail International Tracked service.

In the unlikely event we cannot use Royal Mail, we will select an appropriate alternative courier and service. 

Please allow for extended delivery times during peak season and national holidays. 

Failed Deliveries

Whilst we do our best to ensure every parcel arrives safely and within stated timescales, it is feasible that errors may occur from time to time. Where these errors are the fault of Rough Timba or our selected couriers, we will ensure a suitable solution is found as soon as we’re made aware of the issue, at no additional cost to the customer. However, where the customer has supplied incorrect payment details, or shipping details, or has not been available to accept the delivery of a parcel, Rough Timba will not be held liable for any subsequent losses or resulting damages.
